Shipping Policy

Shipping Within the United States
If your shipping address is in the US and the books you ordered are in our US warehouse, you'll be able to choose from USPS Media Mail and UPS shipping options at checkout.

International Shipping
If your shipping address is outside the US, or if you ordered books that aren't stocked in our US warehouse, your order ships from our home in Jerusalem, Israel, and you'll be offered a choice of Israeli postal services at checkout.

Delivery Delays and Lost Packages
Once your order has shipped and we've sent you tracking, delivery is in the hands of the postal carrier. If a package arrives late or fails to arrive because of a postal service issue, we're not able to refund shipping costs. That said, we care about every order reaching you. If books are lost or badly delayed in transit, please reach out, and we'll review requests for a refund or replacement on a case-by-case basis.
