Ruth Borman was born and raised in Haifa, Israel. She served as an officer in the Israel Defense Forces and studied Hebrew literature at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. She lives in Jerusalem with her husband, Joe, a cardiac surgeon. Her previous publications include the children’s books Rhymes to Inbar and The Turtle and the Snail.
